• The performance of this week’s episode of Jericho was unofficially considered to be the most important one in considering the future of the show. Amazingly, the ratings actually went up this week. Hopefully, CBS won’t immediately write off the show, as they did once before. To be honest, if they didn’t pick it up again, I don’t think it would be hard to blame them, as the show has sadly been doing rather poorly in the ratings. Let’s hope this week will turn the tide. 
• Woo hoo! Marti Noxon has been added to the list of guests at the Paley Center’s upcoming Buffy event. She joins the already impressive cast list attending. It’s about time they got some writers/producers in the mix other than Joss.
• Wow. These are some fantastic photos of lightning strikes.
• Never mind the lightning. How about having a couple water spouts chasing you at sea?

• Looks like those of you up in the Northwest area around Washington state are in for quite a ride in the not-too-distant future.
